New Work from the perspective of a team expert
My twin sister and I loved creating together, building things and inspiring other people. We did what we loved, we trusted each other and pulled together. We created a flow together and achieved so much because of it. And because we were so in the flow and our love for something and for ourselves, we automatically gave others the space to co-create. We shared because we were in inner abundance. And we were able to use our ability to see other people's strengths. We had planted seeds of inspiration, joy, love and togetherness. Win-win happens when sharing what you can do better with others. Our original knowledge of creating the flow state together as a team was reversed by school. Rivalry was encouraged here and our knowledge was lost. But because I still physically experienced the knowledge in the world, unlike singletons, I kept trying to get back there. In companies where I worked, I repeatedly launched self-effective initiatives that served to have fun together, to offer space for invisible potential, to share one's talents, to learn from each other, to recognise one another and complement each other's differences. The new space developed real connections that were characterized by trust. Because I had ignited sparks of loving cooperation. All colleagues who knew each other through the initiatives now worked together more lovingly and efficiently on their actual projects. I had used my creative power from the outside, self-effectively and consciously, and changed the culture. I was no longer alone and had created a power that became so visible that we were mentioned in every major gathering as the showcase project that we had created in our spare time. We were visible. 10 years after my successful New Work change together with many colleagues, 7 years after I took part and participated in the first training programme for New Work and Feelgood Management, not much has changed in the companies to this day. There are new positions that have the title: “New Work Manager” or “Culture Change”, but behind them lies digitalisation, old process work and other rules and regulations. Men rather than women are valued as "worthy" for female quality criteria. Companies in which lack of transparency, rivalry and slander are practiced advertise with the title New Work. But New Work is a loving way of working together. One thing is NEW: women are noticing! What women in particular are realising that a loving cultural change only works together. And that means letting go of the ego, being the “chosen one”. But it is hardly possible to intervene in an existing system, because then you attack. So what would love do? New systems are needed that develop organically and in love. The path leads out of the system to start the inner change within yourself. Because the prerequisite for successful change is to create the change where it will later be experienced! Inside and with the employees themselves. It's all about yourself! You are no longer al(l)one. You don't just want to be yourself, but you want to be valued and paid for the feminine quality criteria that you carry within you. I have given you the inner tools, strategies and processes to create your new system in a self-effective way.
